Day 20 – Georgetown, SC to Santee, SC

Not many photos today. Not much new, trying to motor along to the end. And I was expecting to have some nice photos of Lake Marion from a bicycle/pedestrian bridge parallel to I-95. Unfortunately the bridge was closed at both ends, apparently because of bad behavior in recent times. We were shuttled over the I-95 bridge to the hotel. Day 15 – Battleboro, NC to Warsaw, NC

101 miles, 1690 feet of climbing

Most of today’s climbing was subtle, very gradual gradients that left you wondering why your legs were working so hard on what looked essentially to be flat ground. None gained more than about 100 feet before going truly flat or starting downhill again. The roads had little traffic with the exception of a few highways connecting them.
